Rental Policies

To initiate a rental, we require the first 3 months’ payment, as well as delivery and pickup fees up front, The consecutive monthly payments begin on the 4th month of your rental, and will continue on a month-to-month basis until we are given notice of rental cancellation. Additionally, we require a credit card on file.

Rental rates:

  • Digital: $95+/mo

  • Acoustic upright: $150+/mo

  • Baby Grand/Grand (used): $395+/mo

  • Baby grand (new): $475/mo

Delivery Costs:

  • At the time of rental we require the cost of delivery and pick-up prepaid. 

    • Digital: $150 each way 

    • Acoustic upright: $195 each way 

    • Baby Grand/Grand: $375

  • Stair fee: $100 for more than 3 stairs within delivery and pickup path (applied to both delivery and pickup) 

Trade up/purchase credit policy:

  • For acoustic piano rentals, we will credit up to 12 months of rental payments , along with the pick-up fee, towards the purchase of your rental piano or any piano in our store.

  • For digital piano rentals, we will credit up to 6 months of rental payments , along with the pick-up fees, towards the purchase of your rental piano or any piano in our store.
